Concerns or Complaints
Shirehampton Primary School welcomes feedback from anyone using the school’s facilities or services and is proactive in engaging with pupils, parents/carers, staff and the wider community to improve the school. It is therefore, in everyone’s interest that any concerns are resolved at the earliest possible stage. The experience of the first contact between the person raising a concern and the school can be crucial in determining whether the concern will escalate. To that end, anyone wishing to raise a concern or complaint should contact the school as soon as possible in line with the school’s Complaints Procedure.
