All requests for time off during Term time must be requested at least two weeks in advance using an absence request form (obtained from the school office).

In line with the government’s directive, the school will only authorise Term time absence in exceptional circumstances.

If unauthorised holiday is taken parents/carers may be reported to our Educational Welfare Officer (EWO) and as a result may be subject to a penalty notice fine of £50.

As a result of our partnership with parents/carers, we plan our annual five INSET days so they are tagged onto a school holiday and ask that parents/carers use this time, wherever possible, to plan Term time holidays.
