Salary for NIA Recruitment 2025
The monthly remuneration for the selected candidate will follow the guidelines of the MHA OM dated 09.12.2020. The salary will be calculated as:
Last Pay Drawn – Basic Pension = Final Remuneration
No additional allowances will be provided. However, TA/DA will be applicable for official tours.

- The initial appointment will be for 1 year.
- It may be extended up to a maximum of 5 years or until the candidate reaches 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.
