Qualifications

  1. Human Resources/Digital Transformation
  • Senior Manager & Manager: First-Class Graduate with a full-time MBA (HR)/MSW/PGDM (HR) or equivalent from a recognized institution. SAP HCM/HANA certification is preferred.
  • Assistant Manager: Engineering degree or certifications in Cyber Security, Network Administration, or related fields.
  1. Metro and Commuter Rail Business
  • Chief General Manager: First-Class Engineering degree. Additional certifications in Project Management or postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
  1. Engine Project
  • General Manager & Deputy General Manager: Engineering degrees in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial/Production disciplines. Knowledge of engine design, emission control, and simulation software is preferred.
